Product Description
The application of air cooler
Air coolers can be used in caries cold stores such as architectural or constructional ones. D air coolers include DL, DD and DJ series. DL series can be used for all of 0° C of storing eggs and vegetables, DD series are used for temperature around -18° C of storing meat and fishes, and DJ series for freezing the fresh meat, fresh fish products and various of prepared food around -25° C.
The features of air cooler
² The technics of phosphide and secondary coating process is used for shell, Convenient and clean, highly anticorrosive, beautiful shape, iron plate, galvanized sheet, embossed aluminum sheet and material such as stainless steel plate are optional according to user's requirement.
² ø 16 and ø 12 are available for coils, based on your needs. After plate fin, set aluminum fin in copper tube through mechanical or hydraulic up tube which could help to reduce the contact thermal resistance, and improve the efficiency of heat transfer.
² After pressure testing and repass pipe cleaning, oil, water and scale have been thoroughly removed from pipe.
² The spacing and power of electrical heating pipe have been calculated accurately, to make sure the efficiency of frosting. And, we offer water-washed frosting and hot gas frosting for users to choose.
² Professional motor is equipped to ensure that the cooling fan would work properly under low temperature and wet condition. Plus, applicable explosion-proof motor could be selected based on user's requirement.
² All air coolers are filled with nitrogen before delivery to ensure enough pressure inside.
