Refrigerating capacity refers to the amount of heat energy that a refrigeration system can remove from a given space or substance within a given period of time. It is typically measured in units of power, such as watts or kilowatts, and is dependent on a number of factors, including the size and design of the system, the type of refrigerant used, and the ambient temperature.
In order to achieve optimal refrigeration performance, it is important to maintain a suction degree of superheat of 30 degrees. This refers to the temperature difference between the refrigerant gas leaving the evaporator and the boiling point of the refrigerant at that pressure. By maintaining a consistent suction degree of superheat, the system can ensure that the refrigerant is in its most efficient state for absorbing heat.
Additionally, it is important to monitor the degree of super-cooling, which refers to the temperature difference between the refrigerant leaving the condenser and the saturation temperature of the refrigerant at that pressure. A degree of super-cooling of 5 degrees is generally considered to be optimal for most refrigeration systems.
Finally, the motor rotating speed of a refrigeration system is an important factor in determining its overall performance. A rotating speed of 1450 r.p.m. is a common standard for many refrigeration systems, although this may vary depending on the specific design and application of the system.
